Kathy-Ann Brown

Dr. Kathy-Ann Brown is a Deputy Solicitor General and Director, International Affairs Division in the Attorney General's office. Dr. Brown has also worked with various regional and international organisations in London, Brussels and Geneva and has been a lecturer in law at the University of the West Indies, Faculty of Law, and Cave Hill Campus.

Dr. Brown pursued her undergraduate studies at the UWI Faculty of Law and subsequently attended the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. She received her Master’s Degree in International Law from Cambridge University, England and PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada.
